I'm curious about the choice of pine as a body wood. My personal feeling is that the type of wood for the body doesn't matter, I just haven't seen pine advertised like that. I'm personally a fan of pine, though.

The LSL pine F-styles were well-received, a couple cool GVCG teles were pine as well. Kirn barnbusters.

I like it a lot. Nice twist on the traditional Tele, binding, Pine, very cool maple neck... good stuff. I bet it plays like a dream.
