Tone Tubby San Rafael 10's? What to pair w/them in a 4x10?

I'm getting a Hot Rod Deville 410 modded by Jim Price at Omega and am wondering what the best choice for speakers would be. I've hard some people recommend the Tone Tubby Alnico 10's and the San Rafael's look like the ones I could afford there. But I've read reviews saying that they're dark.

I've also been thinking of putting 2 Eminence Ragin Cajuns together with a couple of Copperheads. But I wonder if the copperheads would be a good choice to pair with the Tone Tubbies.

Any other suggestions for good, relatively inexpensive speaker choices?

i'm considering the wgs veterans -- looks like a similar db sensitivity and it seems to be a little mid and high focused, which should balance out the dark tone tubby

what do you think?

Celestion alnico gold 10's? I don't think they could sound bad in anything really, and with a mix of hemp cone speakers I think you'll get a really nice blend of warmth and brightness. I'm also a fan of Weber speakers, but there are a lot of other great models out there too...perhaps someone else will shed some light on some other brands that may suit your taste better.

Im also getting a new 4x10 and am debating tone tubbys. What setup did you end up with?

Im debating either two pairs of tone tubbys (2 ceramics and 2 alnico), or a pair of Tone Tubby ceramics with either 2 Celestion Golds, Eminence Red Fangs, or Fane AXA10s. If you already mixed similar speakers I'd love to hear what happened with yours.
