Ooops. :-) There it is.
Ok, I'm going to put this giant thing in the oven. Rinsed off and dried, I'm putting together a paste for it now....salt, pepper, garlic powder (it's what's in the house), yellow mustard, brown sugar, maybe some olive oil. My big concern is not knowing when it's done. I don't have a meat thermometer. Though I suppose I have time to go buy one.
