What differs a Keeley Fuzz Head from a standard fuzz face?

Hi guys

Just for the record, I own/owned: Fulltone '69, Fulltone '70, Fulltone Octafuzz, Dunlop "Dallas-Arbiter" Fuzz Face (the red one), Boss FZ-2 (I know some of these are "non-standard").

Please enlighten me on the Keeley Fuzz Head; thanks in advance.
