Radial Twin-City/Suggest Me a Buffer

I'm planning on buying a buffer for the front of my effects chain pretty soon. One requirement that I have for it is a second output to take my Polytune out of the chain. I want this mainly so I can leave the tuner on all the time.

My question is this: Would the Radial Twin-City be good for this application?

I'd appreciate it if anyone knows. I'm also curious about the sound quality of the Radial buffer. I really like the concept of a drag dial to avoid overly brittle tone.
