Picking up radio

Hey all,

I've got a fairly new reverb pedal with power supply, and in the evenings I pick up radio signals (voices) coming through my amp only when the pedal is on. I've tried 4 different amps in 2 different rooms; the problem is not there when the pedal is off. Could it be the power supply? If I touch the little jack where the supply connects into the pedal, it makes a scratchy noise - not pulling on it, just touching, rubbing it. Thanks for any insight, todd.
