KCA NOS...Customer service alive and well!

Just wanted to send a shout out to Mike at KCA NOS Tubes for handling a complete cluster**** of a USPS situation on an order.

Contacted Mike about the situation, and he took care of it immediately. Top notch guy, and the reason I've been purchasing tubes from him for years.
