How to separate "older" forum users from "younger" forum users.

The "older" forum users will graduate from communicating on the forum to meeting for dinner, providing a room for the night should anyone come through a particular town while traveling, etc. These meetings usually result in both parties sitting around a dining room or coffee table, sharing a bottle of wine and telling stories until the wee hours of the night.

The younger" users will either progress from posting on the forum to texting, or don't care. Requests for personal encounters or phone calls are viewed as "weird".
