Pedalboards

I was looking around and the Leprechaun boards look interesting and the Pedaltrain boards look light with the slat design. Ideally I would like one with a hard ATA type cover and not the canvas cover. This board will only be about 34" x 30".

Does anyone have any suggestions? What do you guys use that's light, durable and affordable? I plan to start playing out soon and need something that will stay together but travel well.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

I use a Pedaltrain and have been extremely pleased with it. I don't use a lot of pedals(4 plus tuner) so I have no "space" issues. I find the rig very easy to "zip-up" and go. It's lightweight and easy to set-up and pack up.

You're right, rethinking it 30" deep is not realistic. I will need to go with one that his more narrow. Thx.!

Layout your pedals on the floor to see what is a good size for you before you do anything. I make my own boards and it's best to have a visual. Also if you have an ATA case or bag, make sure it fits in the parameters of the case.
