Thanks for doing this. I don't hear much difference at all. And whatever difference there is can probably be dialed back in to make them sound like each other with the other tone controls one already has on the guitar/pedals/amp.

I just ordered an LM1458 a few days ago - and as a matter of fact ordered 3 extra for some friends to try. Dang - the chips are cheaper than the shipping so what the heck.

Can't wait to try it.
