Regarding My Subs / Tops - Optimizing Left Hand Bass / Keys & Drum Machine for gigs

I'd like to know the proper way to hook it up to where I'm getting optimal bass response to the sub for bass frequencies from the keyboard, while still getting the nice upper register tones for the chords as well as good separation for the drum machine to get good kick sounds in the sub, while retaining the high hat/snare sonorities in the tops.

If i just hook up normally, will the crossovers in the powered speakers default to that ?
