I wish Fender would make an affordable Esquire with a Baja neck/frets/radius.

reissue bandmaster/bassman/tremolux/showman heads in blonde and blackface. priced comparably with the pro/reissue line. PCB sure, but there aren't a ton of alternatives for people who want old blonde heads or a new version of the classic BF fender heads. its just baffling to me since there are virtually no other large companies who deal exclusively in heads or combos to the detriment of the other. if you can get a dual rectifier in a combo, you should be able to get a bandmaster in a head.

I've always found it odd that Fender doesn't sell more things in head form too, which is why I jumped on this converted Twin Reverb:

i hope fender raise their prices and eliminate all the nonsense lower price range mim and crap. anything with fender labels should at least retail at 2k. fender should aim to be a luxury brand

for all the lower price nonsense, shut down the mim plant and shift it all over to squier.

How does an affordable Fender negatively impact the "luxury" Fenders? And besides, isn't that what the Custom Shop is for?

Fatter necks with a compound radius (9.5" to 14") and 6105 frets on the American standard stuff.

Right, and kill the vast majority of their profits in the process.

Standard head size from Mojo, I believe. No way I'm giving up the reverb!

nice. i was under the impression that the reverb tank wouldn't fit in the standard bassman/bandmaster sized enclosure. do you have any details about the conversion? or pics? i'm thinking of doing this myself. feel free to PM.

I wish fender would use the new good stuff like locking tuners and compund radius on guitars with traditional colours, and not put that n7 logo (or whatever it says) on the pups which make it look like something from mass effect (a sci fi videogame for those who dont know).

I wish Fender would stop using PCBs for the Vintage Reissue amps.
