Oh, in Mark Evans' autobiography, there's a pic of Angus playing a Hagstrom... will try to find it.

I've searched a bit, but so far no luck...

But in the mid '80s, Angus Young and Brian Johnson dropped by the Muchmusic studio in Toronto for an interview. And while they were there they filmed a station identification spot. Angus was playing a Hamer that they had in the studio (it was a purple elongated strat-type thing...don't know the model name, but Glenn Tipton played one as well).

He even did some goofy whammy bar abuse. Anyone else remember the spot, or even have a copy of it?

Later...

What's even cooler about the one with Angus playing the ES-335, if you look behind him to the right, you can see Malcolm playing a strat!

Also, a lot of the pictures of him using a stingray are just publicity shots. Anyways, here's a picture of a guitar Malcolm and Angus both shared back in the 70s. No picture of Angus playing it though.

Finding pictures of other guitars Angus played though.

I assume it's a reference to the superb Cronenberg movie Scanners and peoples' heads blowing up.

Here's one of him playing a Les Paul:

Just kidding :P, here's the real LP picture:

There was a better picture with him playing a black LP at a Bon festival around 1980, can't find it though.

I have so many more pictures to post.. .

You are right. The top picture is a Les Paul as well which was later named an SG.

I did see him playing a black ES-335 somewhere though.

Oh I know, I was teasing everyone with a pun. :P

A black ES 335? I've seen the sunburst one above, the red one he played with the Stones, and a black Les Paul, not a black ES though. Although here's a weird

And for a picture of Angus holding Mal's Gretsch (not sure if he's actually playing it, there's a video on you tube from where this picture was taken).
