It's summer now. Set said smelly amp in the hot sun. Might take several hours at a few intervals but, the natural ozone will kill the smell.

My best friend(non smoker) who has bought a few cigarette/club smelling amps from me has done.

A bar of Ivory or Dial soap broken in half is a very good odor absorbing tool, also.
