I've bought/traded around 15 guitars amongst TGP/HC/CL/Kijiji/Canadian Guitar Forum, and I've never had a problem with serial numbers being shown. Sure, might just be luck, but there you have it.
I'd worry more about someone not giving me a shot of it - that piques my Spidey Sense. |

What's to stop anybody from walking into a music store anywhere, taking close-up phone pix of any guitar, including the serial number, then claiming it's their own?
