Coveramp Cover for a couple Marshall cabs

I picked up covers for a Marshall 1960A and B cab, and asked the folks at Coveramp to make the front capable of being folded all the way back. When down, its held in place with a generous amount of velcro, but it folds up and over the back, revealing the speakers. When done playing, its only a few seconds to secure the front flap in place. There's also a small covered port in the back for the speaker input, also held in place with velcro. Great work, and I am very happy with the price. I'll get some pics up later.

I've had a few covers made by Coveramp. The padded version is way better than the competition, in my opinion. The best protection short of a road case. Nice folks to deal with, too.

Okay, here we go.

Front of cover. Pretty thick and strong material.

Back of cover. Velcro around entire surface holding down that input jack flap.

Front flap pulled up and over the cab.

Side view of front flap pulled up.

When flap pulled up, cover still protects the rest of the cab. Also, as you can see in this and the previous photo, the entire port is lined with velcro, so that flap, when down, is held in place very well.

I also ordered a Goldfinger cover, which happens to fit the Retro Rocket plexi. I am really happy with the work. The additional cost of the velcro flap was covered by simply selecting the next higher level of thickness/padding on the order form. Of course, I emailed the company first to sort out the details. They'd done this before, so they already knew what to do.

I'm really happy with the work. I may even remove the cover when I am transporting the cab so I don't scratch it.

That looks really cool! How does the cover effect the resonant tone of the cab though? Maybe should consider leather for the TGP crowd

Of course, the cover gives the cab has a decidedly more "pleathery" tone. Ideally, I'd have gone for a different cover material, as a 60's-70's amp mates well with a more earthy "naugahyde-esque" cab sound, but you take what you can get.

Had a cover made for my Goldfinger, which also fits my RR plexi with an extra inch on the side. So, only slightly loose, but just fine for transport.
