my vox ac30 occasionally goes silent ...

hi!
i am NO KIND of amp genius so i am laying myself bare here ...
i would be VERY HAPPY if anyone could offer me so help advice tho!

i have an 1965 ac30 and on two occasions when i have been using it
at gigs, it has played fine for 15-20 mins and then just goes silent
... if i switch it off and use it later it works again ... help!
is there any easy solution?!

i realise i may well need to give more info so please ask!
