Best location for handles on HEAVY combos?

I find myself quite partial to the convenience of 2x12 combos for their stage volume and portability, but they can be quite heavy. All of the ones I've dealt with have had simple strap handles on top, and sometimes casters. The only difficulty I have in moving them is putting them in and out of the trunk of my car. I usually have to use both hands on the strap handle to pick the amp up.

Are there other handle configurations that would make a heavy 2x12 combo easier to manage? Maybe the deep dish handles on the sides, or two strap handles on top (one at each end of the amp)? Any other suggestions?
