installing celestions in a blackface fender.

i've been thinking about putting a pair of g12-65s in my pro reverb and shelfing the original speakers.
the only problem is that the fender baffle has 8 screws coming out of it, and celestions only have 4 holes.
how can i get 4 of those screws out of the fender? or do i have to drill 4 more holes in the speakers?
