Simplest Multi-track Recorder Out There...?

I am not a simpleton per se, but I'm no techological genius, either. I also don't have much time outside of the weekends. I'm looking for a simple to use multi-track recorder that I can use, hopefully, to do the following:
  • Get a decent sound out of my guitar in a cramped environment.
  • Add drum tracks to what I'm playing - hopefully this is a simple process.
  • Mix whatever mess I come up with, and burn it to a CD.
I've priced a few things, and what I've seen seems very complex. I can afford something decent, but I don't want bells & whistles - just something I can start recording with, and maybe have some fun multitracking stuff and coming up with songs. I don't get to play out as much as I'd like, so to me this is a way to play and use what little chops I have for something somewhat productive. But I don't want to spend more time recording guitar than playing it, if possible.

Any advice anyone out there can give is much appreciated!
