Mojave Scorpion w/ a Strat

THis is me playing over a really long form of a funk/jazz groove of a backing track by TGP member Althrax. Just starting to get the hang of the changes

Just wanted to take the scorp out on a spin and see how it records

Any critiques of any kind are welcome

I really blew it where it was sposda peak at 3:49-:50 and really sux, but oh well

Blew the time at the end, too

I don't think you blew a darn thing! Sounds fantastic to me. I'd like to hear your guitar up a little more in the mix. Sounds really "elevatorish" with your guitar so low.

Okay, fusionbear did a BANG OUT job w/thePPIMV MOD, however I wasn't crazy about the tone on the first one with pedal and because I had the low mids jacked WAY UP; although the solo was alright, so i did another take w/o the pedal & less mids

But i don't like this solo, so I would appreciate any brutally honest critiques regarding the tone
