Peter Stroud guitar bridge question

I've seen Peter Stroud on several of Sheryl Crow's videos and on some of the songs where he plays slide, he plays a guitar that has a special bridge. It appears to have several levers that slacken individual strings to give the guitar a pedal-steel-like sound.

Does anyone know what kind of guitar that is and what kind of bridge?
