my strat... setup help / knocking noise

when I tap on my strat it makes a knocking noise... too me it look like the trem block is knocking against the wood... is the trem block supposed to be resting against the wood ... to me it looks like it is on one side but not th other... eek.... have some tuning issues , but I gigged with it the other night and it wasnt too bad.... any advice how to fix
