A few sunface questions?

Just got my NTK275 sunface today... and i have a few questions?

should i run it before or after my roger mayer ocatavia?

is there a difference in tone if i run it on batteries or via my PP2?

and is it preferable before or after my area 51 wah (with
buffer)...

how does the likes of Eric Johnson and Doyle bramhall 2 run theirs before or after the wah (just out of curiosity)??
