Bogner Shiva Help - Static/buzzing on low E, A, and D

I recently noticed "ghost" static/buzzing on the clean channel when I play on the low E, A and D strings. I had the amp tuned up and the tech went right through it. He replaced two preamp tubes, checked the bias, checked the power tubes, etc. I'm still noticing the static/buzzing. I've tried different guitars and cabs with no luck. Does anyone have any thoughts?
