Vote for new pedal demo amp at Proguitarshop.com
Looks like Proguitarshop.com is letting everyone vote for a new amp to be used for future pedal demos. The Soho is a great amp, but it would be nice to hear something new though. I voted for the Bad Cat Classic Cat. Never actually tried one, but from the demos I thought this might be a pedal friendly amp. It looks like some of the more common amplifiers like the DRRI and AC15 are getting most of the votes though.

why not just a straight up Vox AC30? Almost everyone has played one.

That was gonna be my first choice. AC30 is a little light on bass. I've never played one.

I don't know what all the hubub is about over using the Soho...
It doesn't matter WHAT amp they use, as long as they use THE SAME amp for everything. Jeez, ProGuitarShop sets up the most comprehensive pedal demo site EVER, but it's not good enough? You people are nuts.

Aaron,
Although this might be difficult to do on YouTube, for the purposes of your own site you could record the pedals through two, three or four amps and let the viewer choose which amp they want to listen to. It's just a matter of slotting the video track over the various audio tracks and creating a simple interface with the choices. Which amps?

Any decent JTM45, with its flat EQ it is a great platform for pedals.
