Motorhead's "Ace of Spades" whats that effect?
I mean about halfway through the solo. He kicks on a flanger?phaser? anybody know what kind?

Ya know, I nver really listened that close until now but the last handfull of notes do sound flanged...

Probably done through tape flange or something like that. I'm not listening to it right now to verify, but I'm pretty sure Fast Eddie plugged straight in with no effects that I'm aware of.
