Just sold our house!!

Just got the signed contract today!
The best part is we didn't even get a chance to list it. Did all the work getting it ready to list and right before I was ready to call the realtor the son of a friend of ours stepped forward and said he wanted it!
So, things are in high gear now. We put a contract on the house we want and should hear back tonight if the seller agrees to our offer.
I feel very fortunate to have sold our place so quickly.
