Garnet Session man cabinet issue
I have a garnet session man combo with a bad sounding cabinet. apparently there are two grades of garnet cabs and mine is the one that sucks. the amp sounds great through a 2x12 i have. would changing the baffle be enough to fix the situation? or am i looking at getting a new cabinet built or making a head out of the amp, I don't really want to do those two options

It depends on what the baffle is made out of and how thick it is.You don't mention the speakers. The stock Marseland speakers often sucked really bad.Sometimes they were great but more often they were awful.

Haha! I always considered Marsland to be incredibly average.

I have a Garnet head cab that is sitting empty. If you decide to go that route, you could let me know, dimensions, etc.

I might take you up on that, I think I am going to try and change the baffel first and then try and figure out why the ultra mix channel lacks bass
