Ipod touch - what app/interface?

Just bought an Ipod touch 4th gen. 32g and wondering which app to buy, Amplitube, Ampkit or Jamup knowing that the processor in Ipod is not as powerful as with Iphone/Ipad. Any recommendations?
I'm not going to buy any of those more expensive interfaces but I think that I'm going to buy the Jamup Plug. Same question.

I have the jamup plug and the jamup pro app and it sounds very nice. The interface is good with very little latency. The plug is only $20 on Amazon and the app is $10 when on sale(which is often).

A little NASCAR short-track, Tony Stewart helmet thowin' bumpage.

I have a 3rd Gen Ipod Touch, and the only unit that apparently supports it is the iRig, which there doesn't seem to be much love for here. Am I missing something?
