My 6.0 12T had an issue and it was fixed within a week. My dealer took care of everything. I was bummed that it had an issue but I couldn't have asked for better service.

My Streamliner 900 has been run hard at many gigs - zero issues. I got it right when they were released - first one my dealer got. Great amp!!!

I have a Black Pearl guitar amp. I was having some problems with fuses so I emailed customer service. Jeff Genzler himself answered me, let me know I was using the wrong fuses, and also gave me some helpful tips about running effects into the amp. Stellar customer service, and the amp has worked flawlessly since.

Genz Benz is one of the best in terms of build quality and service. Technically, they have a warranty, but in reality they just care and try to help you, whatever happens. Better than any piece of paper with the word "warranty" on it.

Agreed 100% - I'm on my third G-B amp, and would recommend them without hesitation... I also play Mesa, G-K, and Ampeg - so it's not like I'm a fanboy or anything...
