Got to see a bunch of Protocasters in process on Thursday. These guitars keep getting better each time I see them.

Also, the pizza was amazing (Josh is a helluva cook too), but the chocolate was divine. Thanks again for letting us come check out the works.

The Strat on page 8 of this thread is sweet. Hope you post some pics of the distressing.

Hey everybody, it's been ages since I posted last and that's because I've been going like gangbusters in the shop. Among other things, I've been working on designing my headstock and logo...and it's complete! Check it out here in action with this new demo video Doug Myer at Mountain Cat Guitars just finished:

And here are some still shots for you:

And stay tuned as I've got a whole backlog of cool projects that I'll catch you guys up on. And as always, thank you all so much for the support!

Time to catch up on a little photo scrapbook of Protocaster shop activity over the past couple weeks...

Here's the new headstock in action on a couple of cool guitars:

...and here's an interesting combination, Firemist Gold over black. I haven't done many color over a color guitars, but Adam Grimm from Satelite Amps wanted me to do whatever I thought might be cool for his Protocaster...

...and here are a couple of family portraits:

My gold Protocaster is seriously, the best Tele I have ever owned. No joke, no fluff. Just the perfect Telecaster. No reason to buy anything else.

The color scheme came out insanely cool. (I highly recommend letting builders do whatever they feel for an instrument. If you know you want someones art, just let them do their art. The more a customer dictates about a product, the less of an art piece it ends up).

Thanks again Josh! (I've got some stuff headed your way very soon)
