Great experience - Disaster Area Designs

I ordered a DPC-5 from Matthew, Disaster Area Designs. Before I did though, I emailed him and asked some specific questions about how it worked that I couldn't find online.

Within minutes I had a reply back answering each question specifically. So I ordered one! It showed up in just a few days.

It was super easy to hook up, but I was having difficulty with understanding the programming, especially the midi. On Sunday night, December 30th, at 5:25pm, I sent him an email asking several questions. It was a lengthy email with several questions about the operating the whole thing. I wasn't in a hurry and was expecting him to get back to me after the new year.

At 5:35, ten minutes after sending my email, he had replied in full, answering everything to the letter. I don't think I could even type that much information in ten minutes!

Disaster Area Designs: Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. And now that I know how to operate the DPC-5? It's ridiculous. Completely programmable and easy to use. 15 presets to save any combination of 5 pedals and any matching midi change to go along with it. To top that, you can control all your looping & program changing for a Timeline, Mobius, or several other units. Frickin cool man.
