Which Firebird pickup?

I am looking to put a Firebird in the neck position of my telecaster. It's already routed large enough for one under the existing pickguard. I should be able to just buy the pickup and a properly routed replacement pickguard.

I have a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails humbucker in the bridge position that I really like a lot. It sounds like the bridge position on my buddy's SG, but with a little of that tele snap to it.

I currently have the the stock neck pickup. I like the single coil sound (and it mixes well with the hot rails), but i want something slightly fatter with a little higher output. The hum canceling is a plus too. Based on my research the Firebird is the right way to go.

So, which one would you guys recommend? I have read good things about the following, but I have no experience with any of them. The prices are all relatively comparable considering they are within a $50 range.

Lollar Firebird Style - $165
Klein Firebird Pickup - $150 (advertised specifically for Teles)
Seymour Duncan Antiquity II Firebird - $118

Or please feel free to suggest alternatives that I may not be aware of...

Not mentioned in your Poll but Tom Short does a very nice FB p'up. It may not be on the website but he makes them. Here's a thread on it. Tom's pickups are as good as lolled, zhang, etc. The wait is next to nothing, a week while he winds them to your specs maybe, and his customer service is excellent. Give him a call. http://www.thegearpage.net/board/sho...d.php?t=980345

I have played the Lollars a couple of times now on the Lull FX. Amazing sounding! Just the clean tones are stunning.

I have a Lollar FB pickup in the bridge of my Tele. Fantastic. I have no basis to compare it to the others, but I definitely have no desire whatsoever to change it.

I have the lollar in one of my teles and its awesome! Really clear pickup that shines clean or dirty. Was playin it with my algal bloom last night and its really really cool sounding with an over the top fuzz tone. I also own two kleins and would not hesitate to buy another. But Ive never played a klein fb.

I have the Lollars in a Soloway Swan, and am very impressed by them. At the same time, Tom Short's Undercover mini in a partcaster tele is one fine pickup. I might go to him first, is how good that pickup is.
