Heritage Colonial Vs Fender Vibro King...Anybody tried both?

After a few months of seeing what amp might be the best for me I believe I've narrowed it down to these two.

I've tried a Vibro King in person, but only very briefly. It had a great reverb, headroom, and you could actually crank a surprising amount of gain out of it. It almost seemed like Fender meets Marshall.

I've never tried the Heritage Colonial, but from what I can tell and what I've heard it's an extremely versatile amp. It can cover bassman, super lead, super bass, & JTM 45 sounds.

So what am I looking for tonally? Well, I play in two separate bands. One does a lot of funk music, so I'm looking to get great clean sounds from my amp.

The other band is in the vein of Hendrix, Arctic Monkeys, Eddie Hazel, frusciante etc. It's sort of a Freak Blues meets rock meets indie.

I've been using a Vox AC-15, which is a great amp, don't get me wrong, but it's not quite what I'm looking for tonally. It can still get some great tones, but I believe one of the amps mentioned above will be the best fit. Also, as we play larger gigs I'll probably need more wattage.

So, anybody have experience with both? If so, what do you think?

A Colonial was my main amp for a couple years. Great amp!!! I don't have extensinve experience with the Vibro King so I can't do a proper comparison. That said, the Colonial is indeed very flexible...and man, it sounds great. It is a highly, highly underrated amp. This is coming from a guy who has owned and gigged a lot of great amps. It's loud, so be prepared for there to be no shortage of volume, but it is such a clear/full tone and it takes pedals brilliantly.
