Some Best Buys have the pedals, some don't. I went to one local store that had two aisles of musical instrument stuff (no pedals) and one that had a large room, including some Dano pedals (no Chicken Salad, but I already own one). I went to the Best Buy at Mall of America last summer. It was like a GC inside a Best Buy.

Yeah, seems like I may be the only one (though I've heard from other folks that this is a pedal that you should try out in person. Some nail it, others really suck).

I sold mine after only a week.
I also agree with this. I sold my MicroVibe and bought a DejaVibe (used) and was much happier. It was worth the extra $100.

Yes, but remember he wanted a bedroom pedal.

The Haze can use an expression pedal to adjust speed. Nice for such a small footprint.
What method does the Haze use?

The Malekko omnicron looks great too from the PGS video. Cheap and small too.

I love my MicroVibe. One of the staples of my board since 2002. It sounds fantastic.

One thing to point out to those who say there is a volume drop or that it's too dark (or too bright): there is a trimpot inside that drastically affects the voicing of the pedal, especially the bright vs. dark and smooth vs. throbby. It is very hard to dial in right, but once you get it right it's fantastic. I sent my unit back to Voodoo Labs to have it set to factory & it came back sounding amazing (very very nice guys over there for what it is worth).

And all Univibe circuits will sound slightly different. I tried 3 different MicroVibes & picked the one I liked the best. Great pedal, especially for the money. AND the speed knob is huge and on the right side of the pedal making it very easy to control with your right foot. Win.

I had a MV, thought it was pretty decent. Sold it to an engineer at EHX. I've had 2 of the Mojo Hand Luna's, really nice pedal, but a bit pricier.

I'm hoping the wife got me an inexpensive Dano Cool Cat Vibe. A lot of people seem to recommend the Chicken Salad, but user reviews on MF give the Cool Cat a lot better rating than the CS. And it's still under $50, so still a bargain. The Haze would be up on my list too. But the MicroVibe is a really solid pedal.

I had the Soul Vibe too, I don't recall anymore how good it was, pretty decent from what I recall. I'll be curious to hear how the Cool Cat stacks up against these other budget vibes.

Congrats. If you feel you don't need to adjust the trimpot great!. At some point, it may need adjusting. Glad you got it!

BIG +1 on the Wilson Haze pedal. Sounds wonderful and is a real bargain.

The Haze is roughly the same price as the microvibe (new) as well. Prymaxe always seems to have some kind of discount code.
