Please recommend the best screen covers for an iPhone 4s

My new iPhone 4s should finally arrive tomorrow. They've been back ordered (according to Verizon) for weeks. So....

Please tell me what screen covers you guys like the best. Also, if you have any tricks for installing them, I'd be very interested in that too.
