Following your advice I have sold...

My El Cap and my Aqua Puss... As soon as the VMSD goes I'll be getting a Timeline... my board feels so empty now... Who else has purged their board because of the Timeline, or another pedal?

i got rid of my Timefactor and an overdrive to purchase a TimeLine.

i ordered it from Strymon on the 21st of December, but sadly, i probably won't see it till next month.

I've sold pedals because of something that I've received (Timeline replaced an ARDX20 & Timefactor; Space replaced BSR and Wet), but never purged before buying it... I know finances don't always allow for it, but I hate rebuying an old pedal because the newer one didn't fit the bill.

I just sold 5 original TC Electronic pedals this past week and a half. Now I've got all this money waiting to be spent. A Twin Reverb w/ an FX loop is calling my name and maybe even a Timeline, but definitely the Twin. I may just wait until after NAMM to get the new Klon and any other pedal coming out. Selling those pedals were a nice chunk of change.

I sold a MIJ strat (for cash + a Catalinbread Silver Kiss), a Malekko Ekko 616, a Big Muff w/ Tone Wicker, and an MXR Classic Distortion to fund my Timeline.

Worth it.

I'd hazard a guess that it's because the Timeline has too many bells and whistles. I got rid of my Empress Super Delay because it had more features than I needed. Totally happy with the El Cap.

I'm actually hoping the presets on the Timeline SIMPLIFIES my life. With the EC I found I only really used one or two sounds live, which weren't always the right ones, because I couldn't store presets.

The presets on the VMSD are grand, and it sounds great, but I can't bond with it. I'm sure that's me as everyone else loves it.
