A Quick Tele Pickup question

I just got a Danocaster yesterday from the Emporium, It rocks Im pretty sure the seller swapped out pickups before listing it. it has a Fender CS Twisted tele neck and A CS Broadcaster Pickup in the bridge. The neck Pickup sounds Great the bridge Pickup sounds great But the middle position There is a Drop in volume and real thin Tone (useful but not really what teles sound like in the middle Pos) Is it possible that they are wired out of phase? I am kind of a dummy when it come to wiring and always leave it to pros.

Thank you

The twisted tele neck pickup was designed to be switched in or out of phase, thats why it has 3 conductors ( green, black, and yellow). Always connect the green to ground, connect the black to ground, and connect the yellow to hot. If it is out of phase just reverse the black and yellow wires.

They're both good pickups but likely out of phase.
