Go to Photo Gallery, there's a picture of his board. No clue what year it's from.

I was at that gig this past Sat, sitting right in front of David. So.....

Amp was a PRS single channel head (probably custom for him) through a 2x12" PRS cab. Delay was a Line6 DL4. He didn't have a reverb pedal, not sure if there was reverb on the amp. He had a Xotic EP Boost and a Fulltone Plimsoul. His amp is always a bit dirty, and then he typically just hit the EP boost for solos. The gain on the Plimsoul was set pretty low. It just added a some gain, without adding a lot of volume.

It sounded way better in person than on that video.

Oh yeah, and he two of his sig PRS DGTs and a Tele too (evidently an Underwood clone, per another thread on TGP).

Wow. That's a definitive answer. I'd love to see him in a venue like that.

I'm pretty sure he uses either the Dallas or Super Dallas head.

I've read that an amp voiced especially for DGH is in the works so I wonder if he's got prototypes he's using at shows.

Check out his website. He tells what he used on each track of his new CD. Which amp etc... Uses a number of PRS heads plus an old Marshall...

This place is GREAT!

I wondered if one of us was there, in Austin and at the show. JoeB63, thanks.

Posted about being at a Pat Metheny/Larry Grenadier show in NYC....sure enough guys went during the 3 nights. Probably should have held up a little sign..."TGP members, stop by, say hello and I'll buy you a cocktail."

Sounded pretty simple, straight ahead...the instruments characters' were coming through on youtube...must have sounded fantastic at the show.

Had chance to see Eric Johnson and SRV in small bars in Austin...a musically endowed City. Good BBQ, mexican food as well!

We should have a TGP hand sign for concert attendence.

Or maybe we just stand there with arms folded looking skeptical...
