Lou,
The color of those knobs, are they "parchment" or "cream"?

Course I sold both of my amps 3 days before it arrived! Which means you should bring your XTC over

Nice axe, Lou. What does it weigh?

That neck is big, but not THAT big. The V contour and 1.65" nut make it fit the hand surprisingly well, right Lou? I have a Morgaine Mintage '57 with a very similar size/shape neck. It is easy to play, and this from someone who found the earlier Jeff Beck Strat necks too large (due to the U shape).

I LOVE it! I love soft V necks and Gibson historics, so I was going for the soft V shape, but something as big as a historic. The 56 Big V is a sharper V I think as I originally ordered that one but then switched to the soft V.

Thanks Ken. She weighs about 7 and 3/4 lbs. The neck is probably one of the biggest I've ever owned, comparable to some of my bigger historics - but it plays very well. It fits my hand perfectly. I find bigger necks easier to play on, and the big ss frets make bending so very smooth.

The guitar is very loud acoustically - I wonder if thats just good wood, or if the big ass neck has something to do with it?
