TC Helicon VoiceLive Play

I searched but didn't see any comments on this new release at NAMM:

Looks like a great little unit.

That's the GTX and it does look cool. I have been interested and want to order one but I can't find anyone that has written a review of it yet.

I believe they are just starting to ship, so I suspect you will see some reviews soon.

I am really interested in the VoiceLive Play (not the GTX).

http://www.tc-helicon.com/products/voicelive-play/

I am looking into getting my first vox processor for live use and this unit seems to be exactly everything I need.

Any news on the release date? I have a gig March 24 that I was hoping to use it on.

I have the live and it's pretty phenomenal. This would be cool if I were an acoustic player, TC is an excellent company.

I wouldn't expect to see them ship until May at the earliest. TC has harmony algorithms down though. Sure these will be as good as advertised.

How are you getting one, as a retailer?

That would suck if it took that long. I noticed in the Musician's Friend catalog they did a full page review and stated it would be available on March 1??

Excellent, thanks Doug. Be sure to report back. I'm real interested to hear how well the harmonies do and how easy it is to set up/program.
