whether you have it or not - what is your dream rig?

guitar into one or some (or none) pedals into amp. be as vague or specific as you want. pics are a HUGE plus (please, "enable" away... give us something to drool over).

I don't need to dream it...I have it.

Small room / gig: Archtop or 335--->pedalboard>--->Ampeg Reverberocket II

Big room / gig: 335 [or sometimes a Firebird]--->pedalboard--->rackmount 2 ch "fender [style...I designed & made it]" preamp--->rackmount stereo SS power amp {75W/side}--->two 2x12" cabs. Inspired totally by Jerry Garcia, and it sounds massive.

The pedalboard is simple & usually everything is off. It looks like this: Buffer{home-made, always on}--->tuner {modded}--->MXR Dist+ {modded}--->Trem {modded}--->Reverb{stock, always on}--->Delay {modded}--->Phase90 clone {home-made}--->Stereo Chorus {modded}--->stereo output to the big rig, or mono output to the Ampeg.

Oddly, as simple as this seems, it took me 40 years to get here.

The trouble started when I got a soldering iron when I was 11....but besides my inability to leave well-enough alone, this rig satisfies me completely. I lack nothing; I want nothing.

Sob, sob......

I had it for a small time.

Gretsch Duo-Jet into an OCD, then a timefactor and stereo out to two vintage AC30's...

Close second was my R7 through the above fx and then out to a 1968 Bassman...
