Diezel Einstein Video Clip...Extreme's "Get The Funk Out"...

hello everybody...
i finally have my Einstein and also had some time to record it..
this is one of my favourite songs..Extreme's "Get the funk out"..
i played just the solo part for this as i know you like that wankage stuff..
some info on the clip, recording and taping..
i did something a little unorthodox to the Einstein for this clip...
normally someone would use the drive of the 1st channel for the rtm part and the 2nd channel for the solo...
I did the exact oposite... so 2nd channel for the rtms and 1st for the solo...the reason is that i wanted a more screaming and uncompressed tone for the solo..and thats the drive of the 1st channel..(very close the VH4's 3 channel BTW..)
dry recorded tone and a little delay from cubase...
the way i taped this...
because external recordings with the cam's mic suck bigtime i did also something a little weird..
i'm recording this and at the same time i'm taping it..
so what you see is the actual playing along with the clear audio track i got from cubase after recording..
so i synced those and there you have it..
i hope the sync is ok and i didn't mess it up...

so..enough with the words..lol
enjoy and tell me what you think of this..
Alex

LEFT CLICK...and then download or stream it..
it's the one named "Get The Funk Out"..

one little note..
it's still a vid...and a very compressed one..
so the quality is worse than an mp3..
will try to upload the mp3 version of this later today..

EDIT:i uploaded the mp3 file for that solo if you wanna hear it..
its a lot more clear sounding than the video file..
the conversion there unfortunatelly makes the tone quite fuzzy and saturared...
so..here you go..

Don't mind the Hotplate... the master volume on the Einstein is excellent... I use the Hotplate for a completely different application.

Brother Alex you flat out rock!!!

The Einstein is so alive and natural sounding isnt it?

Alex, you said channel 1 is close to the VH4 channel 3 in tone.
I have 2 questions for you.
1) what mode on ch 1 were you on with the Einstein?
2) What would you consider ch 2 with full gain on the Einstein to campare to?

BTW, will Peter Diezel be posting this on the Web Site?
He should.
