Does Fender manufacture any tube amps in Mexico/Japan?

Not very knowledgable when it comes to amps.... But does Fender make any of it's tube amp models at the Ensenada plant? Or even in Japan? I've never heard of a "MIM Twin" or anything like that, but I figure if they did, it'd have a somewhat cheaper retail price, which would be great.... I just can't shell out a grand for a used Twin (I know, "great deals on craigslist!," but I have yet to find even a DRRI that I can afford). But, does Fender do this? Will they? SHould they? Thanks for any and all answers!

The current Hot Rods and Blues Deluxe's are MIM, I think. I'm not sure bout the other, higher end models though.

oh man I completely forgot about the HR series actually..... hahaha I've tried those, and they're pretty good, but something about the Twins and Deluxes and Vibroverbs...... I know, much more pricey, but I've gotta have that sound. There's nothing like an SG going into a Fender amp, dig? Thanks!
