Egnater Rebel 30 problem

Hi Guys,
I have an Egnater Rebel 30 head that I like a lot. Recently, the lead channel crapped up - it started with volume being intermittent, and now it's at a point where the master volume doesn't work. No matter how I set it, it sounds like it's on 1. I tried replacing V3 but that didn't change anything.
The clean channel works great.

Any thoughts on what can be going on here?

Thanks

That too bad, man. Seeing that master isn't working, I'd suspect it's the issue. It may have separated from the board. Sounds like an amp tech is in order.

Do you have you tube mix for each channel going to different power tubes?
If they are, and the clean channel is working, try setting the tube mix on the gain channel to the same as the clean. Maybe it's a power tube...?

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
Megatonic - the Rebel has one tube mix control that sets the mix for both channels.

I just looked at the manual again, and it says that the warranty is 3 years, so I should be covered . I'll call Egnater tomorrow and see if they have an affiliated tech in NYC.

Didn't realize that. The guys at Egnater seem to be great about taking care of their customers, so I'm sure they'll help you out.
