Speaker making strange buzzing noise

I had a gig last night and when I loaded on and plugged my gear in, I got this very strange buzzing/fuzzy noise from my amp. I am assuming there's something wrong with the greenback thats in there.

Thing is, it worked perfectly in practice last week. I bypassed my board and plugged straight in, still the same thing

Any ideas?

Is the buzzing at higher volumes or even when it's down low? Is it a buzzing like cone cry and only on particular notes or up and down the fingerboard?

Yes, there are different kinds of buzzing. May I ask what kind of amp and (if not a combo) cab you use?
Fiesable explanations:
Conecry/ ghostnote (frequency specific)
Coil rub (makes a ringing sound)
Speaker Xmax:ed (a metalic thud)
Resonance in the wiring (cables flopping about - rather rare, though)
Objects in the building resonating (often drinking glasses, china and windows rattling)
Bear-trap valve holders rattling.
Parts of the cab resonating/ drumming

If not any of that then it can be anything not airtight, rigid or well fastened/ seated in or around the amp.

Well I fixed it. Something went south in the greenback that was in there. I've never heard anything sound that bad, not even super cooked power tubes

Popped a G12H30 in there an now she's sounding amazing again!

Btw the amp is a Valvetech 1x12 VAC25 combo. Crazy, versatile beast of an amp

If that is indeed a 25W amp then I'm not surprised the G12M went South on you. The G12H could follow suit if not carefull.
