How I mounted my GSP 1101 to my pedal board...

My board is pretty stationary although I do take all of it if I have a different gig. Velcro is your friend...
Thought you guys might get a kick out of it...

That's very cool! Though I'd be too scared I'd kick it and it seems rather exposed when getting transported.

And i have been so happy all those years that i only needed a cat5 cable to connect my Control 2, without a cable mess on stage...
Looks great but you might consider going for a RP1000

That's great. I did something similar awhile back with a Roland SE-70. I made a weird mount out of a desktop book holder. In use, it raised up and locked so you could see the display, but it folded flat for transport. Those SE70s did some very cool stuff and that unit was an integral part of my setup for a long time.

Cool but please don't leave the Les Paul on the floor like that!

Like ALL evolved musicians, his fender is protected on the stand, while the les paul is thrown around without a second thought!

Good idea, but looks to be a gig nightmare waiting to happen. At least in the clubs I play.

When I said velcro is your friend I meant that everything on the board has velcro on it. The GSP has velcro attaching it to it's stand so it comes off the board as well for transporting.

These... and bent them upwards slightly for an angle where I could see the lcd screen, took the clear plastic adapter off and screwed them to the bottom of my pedal board...

This. If you're playing on elevated, civilized stages it could be fine, but I'd be afraid someone would spill beer on it or fall into it while dancing! (My M13 has taken it's fair share of abuse but is valiantly hanging in there.)

But this also begs the question, why not just get an RP1000? Same unit, but specifically made for what you're trying to achieve with this setup.

Not quite. The RP1000 has less desirable speaker sims. The GSP allows Redwirez to be downloaded and used, but the RP does not.

There are differences in delay trails when switching patches - these are thought of as superior on the GSP by most users.

Others can give you more details....
