The idea is to compile a list for everyone to use as a reference.

Wampler Faux Tape Echo should be moved to "Units with the control by anther name". On new models the tone knobs is labeled Shade.

Timeline has the Filter.

New Supa Puss seems to also have a Filter knob.

My TC IB Modified Nova Delay has a "Color" knob for the delay taps, but it's really a Tone knob, IMO, labeled "Tape", "Analog", and "Digital".

Thanky for this posting. I appreciate the notion of a list.

My Providence Delay 80's has an [I]echo hardness control (so does their Chrono delay.) I can't say it's strictly a tone control. But it does darken the repeats... among other things. (I like that it's more than merely a tone control. Hard to say just how this is so.) In general though, I really love what it serves to offer in terms of control. I so wish all delays had this capability. Over and above the chip itself.... I feel it's a key element in what makes the Delay 80's very special and distinctive among all the other delays out there. I can't speak for how this control functions in the context of the Chrono. But I'd assume it is the same.

It should be interesting to see what the forthcoming reissue Delay 80's is like in comparison to the original.
