Atomic Powered Wedge users

Hey,

I was wondering who here uses an Atomic Powered wedge? In what combination do you use it? I use it with my 11 Rack.

Are you guys happy with it? I don't see many people around who use it.
I get the impression it colours the sound a bit but very much gives the feeling of air being pushed.

I used to have a couple and I liked the powered wedges much better than the passive wedges ... in the end I prefer guitar cabinets, but I haven't tried an Atomic Powered cab with the new 6.0 and I'm dying to ... it works fo Dweezil Zappa!

Besides my guitar cabs it's my next favorite option!

So has anyone compared the old Atomic Wedges with the new CLR's yet?

I don't use the wedge but the one that looks like a regular cabinet. Apart from the loud fan I've been very happy with it. I don't feel it colors the sound much at all and if it does, certainly not for the worse. I've tried just running music from my computer thru it and it sounded great. I normally use it with my Axe-Fx (Standard, now with Axe-Fx II).
